Briefs' Interlude

Vince Briefs over at the Saiyan King's Blog is now providing an appropriately raucous home environment for feisty Fizzle! The best part is, there are plenty of other "unique" pets for Fizzle to play with. Let's just hope they don't all destroy the world with their tomfoolery.

I'd also like to give a shout-out to Johnathan of Paul and John fame, for giving Chunkstyle a comfy spot on their sidebar. They haven't posted about him yet, but they did make Chunkstyle a link to this blog! Just like Bill S. has done! And that's good enough for me!

Wow, these cats are going like hotcakes.

Er, without the syrup and side of bacon.

mmmm, bacon...

Hey, anyone hungry for breakfast?

Those hotcakes are sounding really good...

Yay me! I'm awesome! It's like a Hall of Mirrors with all the mutual-admiration links! I just haven't blogged about Chunkstyle because my blog is allegedly reality-based, and I don't want to blow people's mind by exposing them to the true nature of my reality.

Yeah, having a fictional cat in my room is getting weird. He's not doing much yet...

Just what *kind* of Harryhausen-style , BB? Cyclops? Skeleton? I'm in suspense! And I can't get to my Showcase Presents: the Phantom Stranger to look up what to do.

Jon: Well, I am now.

Bill S.: Good analogy with the "hall of mirrors." I was going to use the term "log-rolling", but it has a different connotation in my era (and dimension). Don't fret about a post. You're totally right; it wouldn't fit your genre.

Johnathan: I was specifically thinking of "Talos" from "Jason and the Argonauts." Only I couldn't remember the name. But yeah, Talos, 'cause of the ungainly stride and the bronze-like tone. (See also: most of the guys Storm Boy likes to date.)
