Eating disorders of the OOOLLLLD WEST!
Well, it's not so much a smile as it is a rictus but still. I guess she's smiling because she managed to avoid nibbling at that gigantic pancake somebody had temptingly placed on the eastern slope of Mount Hood. She's still troubled by how much bigger her thighs are, but that's only because no one bothered to explain to her that she's wearing jhodpurs.

I never thought the waif look was all that popular in the old west.
Okay, I'll bite: why is there a flying fortune cookie to the right of her head? Has her desire for food caused her thoughts to manifest themselves in reality or is this something far more sinister?
Glad you're posting every day again, BB.
Man, this blog is gold.
BB, nothing to do with this particular post, but I thought you'd might enjoy these:
* Legion costumes that should have never been.
* Did you know that Brainy used this fantastic little number as a night gown, all while building himself a sexbot?
* Charles Bronson alive in the 30th Century.
Wow! It's a lot of comments while my internet was blacked out! Naturally as soon as I go back to weekday posting my internet connection gets screwed up for a day-and-a-half. It's fixed now, though.
Jon: That's because one decent-sized dust devil slams them against the nearest rocky outcropping. Also: beef!
Crowded House: Maybe somebody is throwing it at her. Probably while screaming "JEEZUS! EAT SOMETHING!!!"
Abs and Thatsthespirit: Thanks!
MaGnUs: HAW! And (the rare and much-coveted) DOUBLE-HAW! And might I just say, Future Charles Bronson has remarkably tiny, delicate hands!
Wow, a DOUBLE-HAW! Actually, Charles Bronson, from Clonia IV, has tiny delicate hands because you don't need strong appendages to hold rayguns, unlike those needed fro cal. 50 Deseart Eagle pistols.
This is the most awesome blog I've seen in months. Esp. the clips from the various romance comics. I'm looking forward to reading your upcoming previous posts and digging thru previous.
Nice.
MaGnUs: "Tiny delicate hands"! I bet they're perfectly manicured, too!
Anonymous: Wow, thanks! I should be able to finish organizing and cleaning up my tag system this weekend, so that clicking on the tags for a post should (in most cases) bring up at least one additional post with the same concept in it. Some of the newer posts have tags with places or concepts I intend to mention again, like those wacky restaurants and Plant Lad's fighting league. And I'm deleting certain name tags from posts if the mention isn't substantial (like just name-dropping some hero I think a villain could fight... that nonsense is gonna go). Anyways, I think that'll make it easier for you and other folks to navigate around my blog when I'm done. So enjoy, and thanks again for the nice words!
